What am I doing? A lover of art, cinema, photography and visual arts, I attended the Academy Of Fine Arts - Technological Arts course, graduating with the highest marks with honours and developing a strong passion for the Direction Of Photography. Before, I studied at the Art High School - Audiovisual and Multimedia course. As a thesis video project, I created a short called Between Gaze and Reality and in January 2020 it received the Official Selection at The Lift-Off Session Festival - Pinewood Studios, UK.

After my studies, I started working as a freelancer Photographer, Videomaker and Graphic Designer. In the meantime, I did a 6-month internship at a rental called Panalight. Subsequently, I started working on various sets such as Disclaimer directed by Alfonso Cuarón and Emmanuel Lubezki as DoP; The White Lotus directed by Mike White and Xavier Grobet/Ben Kutchins as DoP; A Haunting in Venice directed by Kenneth Branagh and Haris Zambarloukos as DoP.

Currently, I’m a freelancer photographer, videomaker and graphic designer. In 2023 I also started working as Lead Designer being in charge of graphics, UX/UI Design and photography at Studio Toffolo based in the Netherlands.

About me

Who am I? That’s the question I often ask myself and this leads me to describe myself with just one word: curious. I’m Nadia and I constantly try to transmit some kind of emotion through every single frame through my film and digital cameras. An infinite number of lines can pass through one given point. The point is you and the lines are events, choices and opportunities. This is the mindset that helps me to be inspired and create stepping out of my comfort zone.

Whether I’m shooting for a brand, while travelling or just because I’m inspired, I’ve always tried to challenge myself by attempting new and different ways of creativity. Personally, there’s nothing more satisfying than having the right composition and light inside the frame. Arouse emotions through the right dose of technique and creativity is something that has always fascinated me.
